Requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Finatso provides return postage for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items; other approved return reasons use customer-paid postage.
Craftsmanship support
Our 60-Day Craftsmanship Guarantee is a separate review path for eligible craftsmanship concerns and includes photo evidence.
Before mailing a return
- Wait until your private return status page shows approval and the required return documents.
- Follow both the Amazon return document and postage instructions supplied for your request.
- Refunds, exchanges, and store credits are completed only after the returned item is received and reviewed.
