Before you begin

  1. Have your order number and purchase date ready.
  2. Identify the product by name, SKU, or Amazon ASIN.
  3. Take one to five clear photos showing the complete item and the area of concern.
  4. Describe when you noticed the issue and how the piece was being used.

What happens next

  • You receive a claim reference by email.
  • Our support team reviews the order details and photos.
  • We contact you at the email provided if more information is needed.
